Turning Days Villingen-Schwenningen offers turned parts manufacturers an information platform for all turned parts needs. From the exhibiting machine manufacturer and tool and material distributor through to recycling, a trade fair, together with its accompanying workshops, has emerged that is precisely aligned with the target group of the branch.

On the exbibition ground there are 6.000 parking spaces.

Not all exhibitors at Turning Days are experienced professionals. For this reason we have put together the following checklist to help you prepare your trade fair presence successfully.

Delivery of exhibition items with shipper
Only the shipping service contracted by the event coordinator can be used for on- and off-loading of trucks as well as the transport of exhibition items. The following times for delivery or pick-up are available:

All machines and equipment brought by the exhibitor must be removed at the latest by Monday, 17 April 2011 at 12:00 midday. Machines and equipment that have not been removed will be stored with Schenker shipping services at the cost of the exhibitor.
Delivery of exhibition items with an automobile
From Tuesday, 12 April 2011 – Friday, 15 April 2011, a deposit of 50.00 Euros will be collected upon entering the trade fair grounds.
The delivery time is a maximum of 2 hours. If this delivery time is exceeded, the deposit can no longer be refunded.

Seminars & Workshops
Workshops and seminars will no longer be offered within Turning Days 2011, but seminar rooms can be rented.
- The rooms cost 100.00 Euro plus VAT for each commenced hour of use. The price does not include any presentation technology.
- For non-exhibitors, the cost is 250.00 Euro per commenced hour of use for seminar rooms.
